Towers are midway points in the game map. In World 1, Bowser Jr. takes Peach to the World 1 Tower.

- Bowser Jr. built 2 towers instead of 1 in World 6.
- There is another tower over the Lava Chasm in World 8.
- There are exclusive enemies here, Dry Bones.

- In the World 1 Tower, you will lose a life from the closing walls, no matter what size you are.
- The first time you complete a tower, it will save the game.
